The Nifty Over 50’s (or as they like to be called, The Recycled Teenagers) is perfect for combating social isolation and loneliness. Not only do you receive a 2 course home cooked meal, there are opportunities for friendship building and something to look forward to on a weekly basis. This group is a warm and friendly group that welcomes anyone over the age of 50, let’s not forget that there are also games of Bingo with a cash prize after the meal if you wish to participate.
